@Danr, not a single 10 bit 4:2:2 file can be opened. There are several such test samples uploaded by me through glenpinn plus his own - why don't you test these files yourself before releasing a new beta pro version ??? All popular players can play these test samples. VideoReDo Pro can not even read them ... let alone play or cut.

Broadcast HEVC will bring many 10 bit 4:2:2 transmissions in the future ... later maybe even 12 bit.

Hi Danr,

I'll upload the 4 files again to your upload page. In the new beta pro version 799 the files can partly be opened in VRD. This was not possible with the previous beta. But they run very slowly and in slow motion. They cannot be cut. Then again the usual error messages come like in the screenshot or VRD simply aborts without message and 0 byte large file or VRD crashes. What about the Cyberlink driver in the screenshot at NVEnc Support? Can you please explain this to me?

I announce myself by mail when the upload is finished ... but that lasts. Is the graphics card used for recoding at all?

You should be able to encode to 4:2:0 with your NVEnc card now. I don't think NVEnc support 4:2:2 at all. Here's a matrix of supported codecs:
