What version of VideoReDo are you using?

What OS are you using?

How large are your files in MB?

What format is your output hard drive FAT or NTFS?

When you reload the output file back into VRD, what is the total time length length displayed?

What are your source files and capture device?

Have you tried processing the file through QuickStream Fix first?

QuickStream Fix can be accessed by clicking on the menu: Tools>QuickStream Fix

Do I run the file through quickstream process before or after editing the file?
I checked, and VRD plays the file past the marker where media player and other programs play it to.

The QSF feature is used as thought it were a stand-alone utility.
Invoke it, give your raw file to it, let it process your video.
Take the output video and load that into VideoRedo, and do your editing.

Be sure to use QSF directly on the raw file first!

If that doesn't take care of your problems, PHD and Dan will have other suggestions and questions for you.
Whatever the problem is, I'm sure they've seen it before ! :)

Just tried the QSF on the video, and then used that file to edit, but it does the same thing. Also, the video time is crazy in media player for the file thats been through QSF, media player says its like 20 hours long, when its about 7. The file after the QDF is fine, but as soon as i edit it, it freezes up round that 6.5 hour mark.

Try using the latest Beta available here:
ftp://beta:beta@videoredo.net/

If the latest Beta does not reolve the issue, Enable advanced diagnostics and reprocess the file. Email us the Log File at
Support@VideoReDo.com

To enable advanced diagnostics:
Click on the menu: Tools>Options>Stream Parameters and check "Output Diagnostic Data to Log File"

seems fine by me

At first, I thought there might be a server problem again.
However, both addresses came up fine in my browser.
I even downloaded a spare copy from the first, FTP link
