User32.dll Error when attempting to load VideoReDo

I am having an issue trying to load VideoReDo TV Suite as of tonight (October 10, 2019), the following error takes place:

Earlier today, I updated Firefox and my Antivirus software (Antivirus is Avast), and restarted the computer. As of right now, this is the only program I can't use, of those I use a lot, and I've used VideoReDo for the last 11+ years.

Can someone please help me find a very good solution?

This is usually caused by antivirus. It probably deleted a DLL because it thought it might be a threat. The easiest way to avoid this is to reinstall with av disabled, then before enabling add an exception so that it ignores the VideoReDo install directory.

Man have i got an interesting follow-up story: I reinstalled the software, but here's the kicker - it only works with antivirus disabled. I tried the exception thing but it still won't open when enabled and even with the exception in place. I'll have to hope Avast has a new update waiting in the wings or I may change to another antivirus service.

Weird. Usually you can set up your AV to ignore a specific folder and it will ignore all files in that folder and whenever it runs.

VideoReDo uses a license manager which encrypts the DLLs. On occasion the random bits produced by the encryption can match a known virus and cause these sorts of false positives. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about it. The pattern produced by the encryption is random and nothing we can account for.
