Unable to open .ts files

Hello,
my environment:

VideoReDo TVSuite 3.20.2.629 Nov 14 2011
Windows 8.1 64-bit

I try to edit ts-files from a Xoro HRT 8720 PVR. In some rare cases (depending from the TV-station which transmitted the stream) I am able to open the ts-file, but generally VR fails with the error message "This transport stream does not contain an MPEG2 program. Unable to open file ....ts".
What can I do to resolve this issue?

TV seems to be moving to H.264 and even H.265. Not using MPG.

Sounds to me like that PVR is putting DRM protection on the recordings. I remember from the past with other video editors, that i got almost the exact same error message on DRM protected videos, where these video editor softwares reported, that the files contained no video.
There is no solution to this, other than trying to find another PVR, who does not put DRM protection on the recordings.
I have heard that the H.265 supporting DVB-T2 boxes from Dreambox and Vu+ does not do this.
