several problems previewing H264

I have experienced several problems previewing h264 files with version 667.I edit the end of the file first, and then edit out adverts, when I preview the edits The audio is missing, but any edits after about 38min the audio previews are ok, if I remove the end edit the audio previews OK.
the video preview includes one outgoing frame which is not wanted, but the final edited file does not include this frame.
The BBC in the uk is mixing from one program to another, as a result not producing IDR frames,if I edit on an I Frame I get audio frames inserted with the resultant audio stutter, but I have found if I edit on a B frame after the I frame no frames are inserted and no stutter is produced.

No, there doesn't seem anything wrong with your installation because I have the same problem. Removing the cut at the end of the file allows the audio to work earlier in the preview as you say.

Well spotted find that.

VideoRedo hasn't worked well with BBC video for a very long time, since the BBC changed their encoding.

However this issue, the audio preview, isn't specific to BBC video because I have tried it on Channel 4 video.

frame included in preview but not in edit H264

.
The audio problem is solved thanks, but I still see one frame from the unwanted part of the video in preview which is not included in the edited video. (ver 4.21.5.673) ITV HD UK cuts from program to adverts with a peak white ident. It is the start of this ident I see when I preview the video, but when look at the edited video the white frame is not there.
I tried to attach a .jpg of the editor timelime but got a invalid jpg error when I went to upload

Is this occurring at every cut or just 1 cut in 1 file?

check the thumbnail in edit mode as well as preview mode. see if that frame has the red cut line above it in the thumbnail.

Yes it is on all cuts, and yes it does have a red line above the unwanted part.I wanted to send a screen capture of the edit mode timeline but the .jpg was rejected when I tried to upload.
I have cut and trimmed a portion of video across the advert break which demonstrates the problem, shall I upload it (451Mb)
