After joining 4 VOB files, can VideoReDo split the VOB file after edits to make small files for a DVD disc?

VideoReDo can split the files. You can select where you would like to cut them.

Be aware though, you need a separate DVD authoring program to author a DVD. You cannot simply "cut" the VOBs and burn them directly to a disc.

Is there a really quick no frills program to do this.

I use videoredo to prepare TV programs for viewing on a DIVX dvd player, but it would be nice to be able to make them suitable for viewing on a simpler DVD player. What I need is something where I can drag the VOB files into a box and the program does the rest quickly, even if it just names them with the titles of the file. It is obviously possible, because this is what my existing DVD player does for itself every time.

DVD Styler is a GUI front-end for DVDAuthor.

Check out DVDAuthor as well as DVDAuthor GUI also.
