Registration problem....

I've been using Video ReDo TV Suite V3.....I purchased the upgrade token to Ver. 5 for H.264/AVC support for $49.99, received the upgrade token.....running V3 says it's registered, but when I try and install the token on Ver. 5, I get a message that the token is invalid. Please advise...!!!

After you upgraded you should have received a new Version 5 key via email. You can go to Help>Enter Software key and enter your name and key. For further assistance, please contact us a support AT videoredo.com.
