Received error "Compressed stream error: Audio Ring Buffer Overflow"

I was trying to burn a single layer DVD with 5 quantity .mpg files and received the following error "Compressed stream error: Audio Ring Buffer Overflow" after starting the Burn to DVD option. The files had earlier been converted to: video: encoding MPEG2; frame rate 29.97 & audio codec MPEG. All 5 qty files would have fit on a single layer DVD.

I've used the same video and audio parameters on other .MPG files without any problems. The only difference is that I had 4 qty instead of 5 qty.
I am using version 5.4.84.771.

Before we try and track this down in V5, can you please give the Version 6 beta a try and see if that resolves the problem. If it doesn't we will research further.

The files will be smaller if you use AC3 audio.
This may or may not make any difference tho.

It looks like having 5 videos each with duration of 45 minutes was the problem. I removed one of the 5 videos, and then it was able to burn the DVD without any problems. The one issue I did notice was the the space remaining horizontal bar that gets displayed for single/dual layer DVD showed the same capacity remaining for the 4 qty videos and 5 qty videos.

Is it possible that with the 5 videos we were recoding to fit and with the 4 videos recoding wasn't necessary?

I was recoding each of the 5 videos to work on a region 1 DVD. I had downloaded the videos from a UK video stream. Originally I tried to simply burn the UK videos into a region 1 DVD, but got errors, so I would recode each one individually, and then create a DVD afterwards.
