Pixelation

I have a new computer system and I am using VRD TVS4 and v5.

In both v4 and v5, playing a mkv file generates pixelation at the top of the screen. The video repeats the same few second from 5 to 20 seconds. The audio is not effected. If I play the same file in Media Play Classic, the problem does not happen.

The black area in the screen shot is not black when playing, it's the actual footage.

If I save the file in VRDTVS then the pixelation is in the saved file.

The resolution is odd. H.264 requires that the resolution be divisible by 4 but 718 is not divisible by 4. Where did you get this file?

Seems like a bad encode. Unless maybe it's using a cropping rectange, but our encoder should be able to handle that. The file is relatively small you want to upload it to our FTP so I can take a look?
