No PIDs specified when trying to open a transport stream

Hi,
I have a file that I cannot get VRDTVS (current version) to handle.

I can drag and drop it into MediaPlayer Classic and it plays just fine.

Below is the VRD logfile showing my various attempts, including QSFix. I have tried QSF by the direct and indirect methods.

Is there a list of VRD error/problem messages that offers solutions somewhere please.

Hi Pat,
If it is not too technical, why would " enabling "Ignore Transport Stream Maps" in Tools>Options>Stream Parameters " not be on by default please.

Also, why does the "No PIDs" problem occur. Lately I have had it quite frequently.

Thanks for VRD

It's not on by default because it could miss picking up some of the PIDs.

We've been working on improving this.

Could you trim and copy a 50-100MB segment of the original file and upload it to us? Tools>Trim and Copy Source File

Confirm that the trim and copy segment has the same problem before uploading.
ftp://upload:upload@videoredo.net/

Create a folder with a unique name and place the file in it.

Send an email to Support @ VideoReDo.com and let us know when it has been successfully uploaded.

OK thanks Pat.

I have a folder containing a 100MB sample with the problem but cannot work out how to upload it when I go to the ftp: link you supplied. If I click View (not Page) it leads to an option Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer, but then it goes on about a proxy and I do not understand what that is about.

Please expain as if speaking to a seven-year-old ;) or can I send it by the "Attach files" in Additional options when replying to a forum thread?
