MS Visual C ++ - Abnormal Program Termination

When trying to render multiple video files together into "DVD Files" format, I get the following error

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Program C:\Program Files (x86)\VideoReDoTvSuite5\VideReDo5.exe

Abnormal Program Termination.

It appears to get about 90-95% of the process & then it crashes. I've tried multiple times & still get the same error

The first thing I would try is running the each of he videos through QSF first, then authoring the DVD from the fixed files.

If that still crashes then it's most likely your antivirus software. Try uninstalling VideoReDo, reboot, temporarily disable AV, reinstall VideoReDo, add exception to AV for VRD install folder.

I am having this same issue. I tried doing QSF but that did not help. I have Microsoft Security Essentials installed and can't remember having this error before. I am using .wtv files and trying to burn a dual layer 8.5gb disc. Any ideas?

Open one of the source files, click on Tools show program info. Using the copy button post tat info here. We will try to duplicate.

Since you're authoring multiple files, does the problem occur on a specific file?

I'm not sure how I could tell? It seems like it just throws this error midway through the whole process.. Could it be a bad file that is causing this? Should I try re-installing VRD?

Send the log file to us at support. Maybe we can tell. Re-installing probably won't help, but it could be one of the files causing the problem.

Does it occur during the output portion or the DVD authoring portion. (watch the status message) If it's occurring during the DVD authoring portion make sure the max GOP is set to 15, and verify that all of the source files have the same audio format.

If that doesn't work I'd try an uninstall. Reboot. Disable antivirus. Reinstall. Try again with antivirus still disabled. If it works add an exception to antivirus for VideoReDo.

It throws the error here -> DVD Audio packetizing ends.
Just a note: all of the files were recorded with WMC and are of Magnum PI in .wtv format. They have all been QSF.
How do I find the max GOP? Where do I find a log file?
