@Ron, Sorry for inconvenience, looks like you're using a trial key. The V5 trial keys aren't enabled yet, as the beta is focused for use by registered V4 users. We are re-working the trial key process and plan to have a build out later this week that will re-enable.. If you can't wait, email me at support @ videoredo.com and we will send you a key that works.
@Ron, The key in your screen shot isn't a V4 key. BTW, Please DON"T POST your VideoReDo keys in a public forum as they will be used by other's to register VRD without paying and will eventually cause your key to be invalidated. If you have trouble registering V5, email our support desk.
