Issues running concurrent scripts

Is there any reason why I can't run more than one copy of VP.VBS or VRDSplit.VBS at the same time? I have an issue where VRD sticks at 99% for hours when converting H264 to MPEG2 using VP.VBS. Eventually I kill it in task manager and it shows many 99% entries which I think may be down to invoking more than one instance at a time.

I don't know why it's locking up, but I can tell you that when transcoding you'll get maximum performance just doing one at a time. If you need to convert multiple files use the batch manager to run them in sequence.

Ok will take a look in the logs, it appears my main issue is vrdsplit.vbs which seems to not like running when invoked by dvrmstoolbox. As it pops up the program window when it starts my guess is it spits out a can't initialise display error due to running in the system account. As Vp.vbs doesn't have this problem is there an easy way of getting vrdsplit to behave the same?

Just to update you on this, I've taken your advice and using the magic of batch files limited the instances of VRD when running from the command line interface and the problems have gone away.
For information it seems the VRDSplit script really didn't like running at all if VRD was already active and running 2 instances of the normal script caused it to often lock at 99% complete.
