Insert silent audio (AC-3) to fix audio dropouts so VRD doesn't remove good video?

Occasionally will get some H.264 ts recordings from digital cable that have a few seconds of no audio (according to VRD thumbnail display and logs).
Audio is AC-3 5.1 and/or AC-3 Stereo.
VRD drops the good video frames to resync.
Is it possible to instead have VRD insert silent audio frames at those locations to keep the video?
If not in v5, is it being considered for v6?

Found this, it may or may not apply to your file type.

Beta Build 732f has been posted.

1. Support for video only files (no audio stream). Works for MP4, MKV, and other files that use the ffMpeg demuxer. Not supported for .mpg, .ts, or .wtv. VRD simulates audio by automatically inserting a silent stereo PCM stream which will be included in the the saved file. You should consider setting the audio output codec to MP2 or AAC to reduce the saved file size.

Will consider for Version 6 which is coming along nicely. :)
Did it make it into v6?

Don't think so. Do we have a sample from you to test with? If not, upload one and send an email to support with the info.

Do you need the full recording of the trimmed sample I sent?
One of the reasons I upgraded to v6 in addition to promises of updating HELP/Documentation.
