Help with joining .mov with many .mts files

I just returned from a vacation and took a lot of video using my Cannon HD camcorder which creates many .mts files. At one point we left the Camcorder on the ship, but wanted to video a band playing, so we used our digital camera which created a .mov file.

Is there any way to include the .mov file when I join all the .mts files together? I can see no way to include the .mov file in the join. Is there a way to convert the .mov file to a format VideoReDo can use?

The following is a report of one of the .mts files and the .mov file using Mediainfo:

Not without recoding it. Your MOV file uses motion JPEG, which is a format we do not support. You would need to recode it to have the same audio and video specs as the m2ts files to include it in a join.

@bpratt. There might be a simple way to recode the .mov file to make it useable. Any change you can upload it to our FTP so I can test something out with it?

Dan, thanks for your offer of help, sorry for the slow response, but I've been out all day. I downloaded the .MOV file into your FTP server under the directory "bpratt".

@brpatt, Please send an email to support with the name of the file / folder and the subject t=28552. That will enable us to log the file in and route it around the correct person to handle the problem.
