error save video using videoredo 6 ?

kindly note that when I start save video using videoredo when I click save mpeg then program close and didn't save how fix problem

What output profile are you saving to?

Does it happen with all files?

Hey Dan…. Been with VRD since 2005 and I am really excited about your latest software development. I am beta testing VRDTVS-6 as well, and I am having a similar problem. It actually started with VRDTVS-6-4-86-793a. The process goes through the process of saving the mpg file and "freezes" at 100%. Then a yellow exclamation mark appears in the progress dialog box. At that point, the only way to exit out of the progress box is to close it. I used the same project file (.vprj) in VRDTVS-5 and did not have an issue. I have log files from Versions 5 and 6, as well as, the .vprj file and the mpg file if you would like me to upload them. just let me know how I can help.

Yes, please upload or email the log files to us at support. Also, save the original source and project file so we can try to duplicate the situation here if the logs don't tell us what happened.

Dan.... log files have been uploaded to "upload_5ced6710ce54c" - both V5 and V6. I didn't have a ticket and don't know how to determine what the thread is. The V5 was successful - the V6 was not. If you need the project and/or source mpg files, just let me know and I will be glad to upload them. BTW, for security purposes, I removed the "License to:" information from the log files. Thanks!

Hey, Dan just wanted you to know that Beta Build 796 corrected the issue noted above in my May 28th, 2019 post. Although I don't see any notation in your release notes, I knew you guys would determine the issue. Thanks!

This wasn't an issue that was specifically addressed, and may have been associated with another issue. Guess we got lucky :)
