Audio resync frames removed when converting audio to ac3

I was doing some editing from my elgato hd60 pcie card capturing from my dvr. The card captures in ts format with aac audio. After editing in videoredo v6 i love using the program to convert the audio to ac3 5.1 Each video test i did to test the card out all my captures have audio sync removed. I don't know why. I checked the framerate and its same as my old Hauppauge card i use to use. framerate is 59.940. here is a copy of mediainfo to see. all the information. Can someone look into this for me? The card from the there program only captures to ts no other format listed. Is this normal for videoredo 6 to remove frames on audio convert? I have a test video file if needed. I tested videoredo without converting the audio and its still removed sync frames.

If you simply QSF the source video are frames removed? If they are send us the log file.

The frames are being removed after edit a video and save. If i don't reconvert the audio the frames are removed too. Ill try qsf but it will probably show the frames removed same as if i did edits. In a few ill do a edit of video and ill poste the log here or email it to support. If you need a small sample of video. its 10mins long and only 1.52gbs in size.

in qsf it reported
Video length:01:05:46
Video size:8590MB
Output scenes:1
Video output frames:236610
Audio output frames:1
Processing time (secs):256
Processed frames/sec:924.26
Actual Video Bitrate:16.96 Mbps
PTS underflows:1
Audio resync frames removed:26

I sent the log file to support i used my my email address since i closed videoredo but i had the log saved.
