Ad detective batch process - Focus

Hello, Is there anyway to have it so when I run ad-detective in a batch process, it doesn't take focus away from the current window on the screen?

For instance i'm running ad-detective in a batch (have it minimized) & using Internet explorer. Everytime it finishes a file, i have to reclick on the IE window.

This is a known issue and we believe it's caused by the balloon window we display upon completion of output. The next beta will use a new Win7 style dialog for alerts, rather then balloons, so we're hoping this will solve the problem.
